New Patients

Our doctors are out-of-network providers for all private insurance companies. Our billing department will submit the paperwork to your insurance company to reimburse you directly. Payment is due at the time of service. Every new patient will be charged for a preventative visit, which includes a comprehensive history and physical exam findings;

A description of the status of chronic, stable problems that are not "significant enough to require additional work," according to CPT;

Notes concerning the management of minor problems that do not require additional work;

Notes concerning age-appropriate counseling, screening labs, and tests;

Orders for vaccines appropriate for age and risk factors. Going over all past history, lab work, imaging, and developing a plan of health needs for the future. The charge for this is $400-$600. Due to the time of service, most secondary insurance may pay for this.

At IMCC, we continue to follow the guidelines issued by the CDC regarding the response to COVID-19. If you are concerned you may have symptoms consistent with COVID-19, you should contact us first so we can evaluate and triage based on your symptoms. This does not apply in an emergency situation – when you should call 911.

It is important to remember that in this difficult time, there are many other medical conditions that should not be ignored. Chronic medical conditions, such as hypertension and diabetes, still need to be managed, and other acute illnesses need to be treated.

IMCC remains your first point of contact for these health-related issues as we strive to decrease the burden on overworked ERs and hospitals.

We will remain open as per CDC guidelines, and are working to maintain an environment that minimizes your risk of infection and allows your other health conditions to be appropriately managed.

I am a 75 year old, Vietnam Veteran. Between my three quarter of a century on this planet, I've seen a lot of physicians, civilian and military. However, it took me 55 years to find the very best.

Dr. Pasquale Santini has been my primary care physician for over two decades. He has been available to me regardless of his or my location. If I needed a prescription in Arizona, he made it happen. If I needed a prescription while he was on vacation in Italy, he made it happen. I'm convinced that he'd have come to my home if I'd asked.

During office visits and or my annual physicals he always takes as much time as I need to be comfortable with his diagnosis or test results. If you're in need of a PCP in the Washington DC metro area, you couldn't find a better doctor.

I always say, Dr. Santini is like Dunkin Donuts, always open and...worth the trip!

I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. Dr Duke calls, listens, is accurate and much more accessible than most doctors. The fact that you don't need to make a second trip for lab work is huge. You pay labcorp 10-25 - he saves you the time and travel. He only started charging this year. I am surprised at how kind Dr. Duke is - not found often in the medical community today. I would recommend him to anyone.( vitals )
